Lawmakers crafting bills in wake of Mayo's Albert Lea changes

Lawmakers upset with a Mayo Clinic Health System plan to eliminate most inpatient services at its Albert Lea campus are gearing up for legislative action. Rep. Tina Liebling said she wants to prevent other communities from being blindsided by a loss of hospital services.
