Kennel fire kills 18 dogs in Stacy

Deputies and fire crews from the Isanti Fire District were dispatched to Waterview Kennels in Stacy just after 4:30 a.m. On arrival first responders found the kennel building fully involved with fire and in the process of collapsing.
