Is Experience Rochester at odds with city council?

Legislative debate on limiting cities' ability to set minimum wage and sick time hours spilled over into a different debate for the Rochester City Council this week. Council Member Michael Wojcik questioned whether it's appropriate for Experience Rochester, formerly known as the Rochester Convention and Visitors Bureau, to lobby for the bill, which he said has been opposed by the city council.
