Hispanic Community Upset Over No Representation on St. Paul Police Commission

No people of Hispanic dissent were appointed by St. Paul Mayor Chris Coleman to the city's Police Civilian Internal Affairs Commission, and leaders in the Hispanic community plan to ask the mayor why. The commission consists of nine members selected from applicants across the city, with the goal of having a fair representation of minorities who review police misconduct cases.
