Heather Louise Valdez

We celebrate the life and mourn the passing of Heather Valdez, 61, of Manchaca, who brought light and love to those of us fortunate to know and cherish her. Heather was a loving partner of Vince Valdez, and a cherished second mother to his daughters, Rachel Walker and Lindsay Nugent.
