Gunfire at Allina clinic in Wright County leaves several seriously wounded, followed by explosion

The shooting occurred at an Allina Health clinic in Buffalo, police said. Up to five people are said to be wounded, and a male suspect has been detained. A bomb also went off at the clinic, according to emergency dispatch audio.
