Governor wants $1.5 billion in bonding

Gov. Mark Dayton on Tuesday issued a $1.5 billion public works spending proposal that he heralded for its job creation potential. An announcement from his office said Dayton wants to invest $541 million at the University of Minnesota and Minnesota State University system campuses.
