Gov. Tim Walz: 'This is about chaos' as new fires, looting hit Minneapolis.

Gov. Tim Walz is holding a news conference after a fourth night of rioters rampaging across much of Minneapolis. Despite an 8 p.m. curfew, fires and looting raged with shots fired at officers. Law enforcement presence was almost undetectable until near midnight. The Pentagon also was putting the military on alert to come to Minnesota.
