Gov. Tim Walz extends Twin Cities curfew through Friday morning as buses resume

The governor announced that the 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. curfew would stay in effect Wednesday and Thursday nights out of public safety concerns in the Minneapolis and St. Paul area.
