Gov. Tim Walz contemplates COVID-19 dial change, 'normal' State Fair

Gov. Tim Walz met with business leaders to discuss further easing of COVID-19 restrictions and commended Minnesotans for a vaccine uptake rate that "out-vaccinated the surge."
