Gov. Tim Walz announces plan to increace COVID-19 testing

The announcement by Gov. Tim Walz and Health Commissioner Jan Malcolm is expected at a 2 p.m. briefing. The governor wants to increase capacity in Minnesota to as many as 5,000 diagnostic tests per day.
