Fundraiser in Philando Castile's name to pay for school lunch

Philando Castile, who worked at J.J. Hill school in St. Paul, MN as a cafeteria supervisor, is having a school lunch program named for him. The "Philando Feeds the Children" program has launched to honor Philando Castile, the 32-year-old man who was shot and killed by a police officer in July 2016 at a traffic stop in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
