St. Paul police have arrested a machete-wielding man who they say threatened a teenager before causing a fatal crash in his attempt to evade authorities Friday night. Officers were dispatched to the 800 block of Sherburne Avenue in St. Paul just before midnight on a report of a domestic situation.
