Five dead in Minneapolis high-rise fire; IDs of 4 released

The deadly blaze in the Cedar-Riverside neighborhood broke out around 4 a.m. in a 25-story building. The fire was out within 30 minutes, the Minneapolis Fire Department said. Early signs are it was accidental.
