Federal lawsuit challenges local stay-at-home orders

Seventeen Wisconsin residents, including one of the organizers of a "reopen Wisconsin" protest last month at the state Capitol, have filed a federal lawsuit alleging that local stay-at-home orders are unconstitutional.
