Driver who ran over kids on playground sentenced

Kabaar Powell was sentenced in Hennepin County Court after pleading guilty to fleeing police in connection with the June 11 incident. A trooper was trying to pull the 27-year-old Powell over for speeding when he pulled off I-94 and tore through a north Minneapolis neighborhood.
