Delays on I-94 in St. Paul on Tuesday as crews continue road work

Eastbound traffic is reduced to a single lane near Mounds Boulevard, Highway 61 and just east of Highway 120/Century Avenue, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation. Westbound traffic was also experiencing backups Tuesday morning.
