Days before Chauvin trial, judge's 3rd-degree murder charge decision overturned

The Minnesota Court of Appeals ruled Friday that a trial judge was wrong to refuse reinstating third-degree murder against former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin. The case goes back to District Judge Peter Cahill.
