Curfew arrives in Minneapolis and so does enforcement

After a peaceful day, law enforcement moved in using pepper spray and tear gas at Franklin and Nicollet avenues, where a large group had been gathering. The intention was clearly to get everyone to leave, which was the message delivered earlier in the day by Gov. Tim Walz.
