Crashes clear on I-35W in north metro, but still slow going

Two crashes on I-35W at Sunst Road in Lino Lakes and at County Road C in Roseville have cleared, but that has not helped the traffic flow. It's still 30 minutes from the Forest Lake split to downtown Minneapolis
