Court: Wisconsin Republicans have standing in absentee case

Republican legislators have the legal standing to appeal a federal ruling extending the deadline for counting absentee ballots in the presidential battleground state of Wisconsin, the state's conservative-leaning Supreme Court ruled Tuesday.
