Civilians, officers recognized for saving lives in St. Paul

“The guy said, ‘I’m not going to give up my knife,’ ” and, ‘I’m going to stab you if I have to,’ ” recalled one of two store security guards honored for saving a St. Paul officer struggling with suspect with a knife.
