Citya s 21st homicide

St. Paul police have announced the year's 21st homicide, which they said involved a woman in the Highland Park neighborhood early Sunday morning. Police were called to an apartment on the 900 block of St. Paul Avenue at about 2 a.m., according to a police statement.
