Charge: Heat kills boy, 4, left in SUV for hours while father worked downtown St. Paul event

The father said he last checked on the boy about 11:30 a.m. Saturday and returned about 5:15 p.m. after work to find the boy "stiff" and unresponsive, according to the criminal complaint.
