Bar Buzz: St. Cloud lauded when council and mayor fight moratorium

The Immigrant Law Center in St. Paul issued a statement on Oct. 19 praising the St. Cloud mayor and City Council members who have resisted a proposed citywide moratorium on refugee settlement. ICLM executive director John Keller said that a small but vocal group in the community has pushed for a moratorium on refugee settlement.
