As snowfall ebbs, roads remain icy and winds pick up

A "dry slot" during the storm resulted in freezing rain that translated to even icier roads Saturday. Many accidents have been reported, and Minneapolis and St. Paul have declared snow emergencies. Travel isn't advised in the western and southern parts of the state.
