Apple Valley man dies in Bemidji jail

Sheriff Ernie Bytel says the inmate, 27-year-old Hardel H. Sherrell of Apple Valley, collapsed in the presence of a corrections officer and a medical technician just before 5 p.m. and couldn't be revived.
