Alleged gunman charged in Delano shooting

A criminal complaint filed in Wright County Thursday spells out the charges of second-degree attempted murder, discharge of a dangerous weapon during a drive-by shooting and second-degree assault against 34-year-old Joshua Thomas Moist.
