A fresh perspective for the St. Paul chamber

A Twin Cities native could prove to be the daughter who returns home to drive economic development in St. Paul. Channon Lemon began work earlier this month for the Saint Paul Area Chamber of Commerce in the newly created position of the vice president of economic development, under a two-year contract.
