Young Mom’s Custom Wheelchair Stolen

CONTRA COSTA COUNTY (CBS13) — A young mother’s custom-built wheelchair has been stolen from in front of her own home. Now, she’s pleading for help from the public to help identify whoever took it, hoping to get it back.
Taylor Acamo, 24, now sits in a donated hospital wheelchair one week after someone stole her $5,000 custom wheelchair from in front of her home.
“All the doors were unlocked and everything was gone,” Taylor said.
