Winter Storm Warning: Chain Controls In Effect In Sierra

The latest winter storm is bringing heavy rain, wind and snow to the region, creating dangerous road conditions, especially in the Sierra. Caltrans announced chain controls Monday night for Interstate 80 and Highway 50, as well as several other state routes.
