Wiley W. Manuel Bar Association presents “Literacy Liberates”

The Wiley W. Manuel Bar Association, a local organization of African American attorneys, presents its Fourth Annual “Literacy Liberates” event on Thursday, March 3.
The event is set to run 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. at Underground Books, located at 2814 35th Street.
