Wildfire Destroys Home In Newcastle

NEWCASTLE (CBS13) – Cal Fire crews are battling fires in Placer and Nevada Counties on Thursday afternoon.
One fire is burning near Quartz Mine and Wise Roads. Crews report that the fire is about three acres. Flames may have spread to a structure, crews say. Ground and air crews are being dispatched.
