Vandals Wreck Carmichael Special-Needs School, Defecate In Pool

CARMICHAEL (CBS13) – Vandals trashed a special-needs school while students were on a weeklong break.
It happened at Laurel Ruff Transitional School in the San Juan Unified School District.
