US Senate candidates Harris, Sanchez advance

California Attorney General Kamala Harris and Rep. Loretta Sanchez, D-Orange County, have earned enough votes to advance them to the General Election in the race to fill the U.S. Senate seat of Barbara Boxer, who is retiring after first being elected to the Senate in 1992.
