U.S. Marshals Offering Reward For Information In Finding Rape Suspect

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – The U.S. Marshals say a man wanted on accusations of raping a wheelchair-bound person has ties to California.
The incident happened back in June 2012. Authorities say 29-year-old Michael Hawkins sexually assaulted a mentally challenged woman after her family went to bed.
Authorities say Hawkins managed to stay off their radar until he allegedly attacked another woman in November of 2013. The woman was the wife of one of Hawkins’ friends.
