Tuscan Village Owner Gets First Look At Devastation From Clayton Fire

LOWE LAKE (CBS13) — A Lower Lake business owner whose dream business was destroyed by the Clayton Fire saw the damage for the first time Tuesday.
Brad Terrill owned the Tuscan Village, a complex of buildings that included winery, restaurant, bookstore and housing.
“The village had its own feel and flavor,” Terrill said. “It was part of the community, it really was a matter of the community adopting it, very nicely and vice versa.”
