Trump approves disaster relief declaration for NorCal

President Donald Trump approved a major disaster relief declaration Tuesday for the state of California in an effort to assist in the response to wildfires that have killed at least 15 people and destroyed more than 2,000 homes and businesses in Northern California, Vice President Mike Pence announced in Sacramento.
