Thousands Of Structures Remain Threatened By Trailhead Fire

FORESTHILL (CBS13) – Mandatory evacuations are in effect for parts of Placer and El Dorado Counties because of the Trailhead Fire.
Flames have burned about 350 acres and are threatening homes and other buildings. According to Cal Fire and the U.S. Forest Service, a total of 2,444 structures are threatened by the fire.
Foresthill High School is open as a shelter for people who’ve left their homes.
