Thieves Break Into Developer’s Home And Steal Plans For Controversial Midtown Building

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – Sacramento Developer Ryan Heater says he’s become the target of the thieves after building plans and e-mails were stolen from his home.
Heater filed a police report after he says a man and a woman snuck inside an open window in his home overnight.A contractor saw the pair run away. Heater says they stole development plans and emails for his controversial “Yamanee Tower” off his dining room table.
