Suspect In Standoff Next To Capitol Speaks From Jail

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – A SWAT team raided what is believed to be the apartment of the suspect involved in a bizarre standoff that happened next to the California State Capitol.
The incident caused much commotion at the Capitol on Monday afternoon, but that’s not where things ended. Sometime overnight, both Sacramento police officers and SWAT team members showed up at what is believed to be Edgar Napoles Rodriguez’ apartment complex.
Authorities say nothing of interest was di
