Suspect In Deadly Discovery Park Assault Turns Himself In

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – Police say the suspect in Sunday’s Discovery Park death has turned himself in.
No details about the suspect have been released yet.
The Sacramento County Coroner’s Office has also released the identity of the man who died: 31-year-old Sacramento resident Thomas Kelly Noble.
At 5:42 p.m. on Sunday, Sacramento firefighters were flagged down after the confrontation at a concert. The relationship between two men is still unknown.
