Support Our Sisters Bra Drive

A local church is taking part in a fundraiser aiding women in South Africa. New Love Ministries is working with the national nonprofit Raising A Nation Foundation to gather new and gently used bras.Organizers of the fundraiser point out that while for most women, a bra is a basic necessity, the garments are a luxury for many poor women. In South Africa, for example, many female farm workers are out in the fields without support for their heavy breasts, which can result in major back issues.
