Study: Many passengers aren't wearing seat belts

A new study by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety found that a lot of people sitting in the backseat of a vehicle aren't buckling up because they think it's safer. However, this can increase the chance of death for not only that passenger, but also the driver.
