Stockton Mayor: Michael Tubbs Opens Large Lead Over Anthony Silva

STOCKTON (CBS13) — Stockton City Councilman Michael Tubbs has opened up a wide margin on incumbent Mayor Anthony Silva in Tuesday’s general election.
