OPINION – This Christmas Governor Jerry Brown played Santa Claus. He didn’t wear the big red suit and his face is still cleanly shaven. He didn’t even roll out Rudolph, Donner or Dixon. This Christmas, Governor Brown pardoned 91 Californians, saying “Pardons are not granted unless they are earned.”
