Sierra Snow A Welcome Sight After It Creates Traffic Nightmares

TRUCKEE (CBS13) — Snow from a recent storm has people in the Sierra ecstatic to see a sight they haven’t seen in years.
In Truckee, at least six inches of snow fell over the past 24 hours, and people couldn’t be happier.
Matt Orebaugh says he can’t remember the last time Truckee saw this much widespread snow.
“It’s been awhile,” he said. “It’s been probably close to 4, 4 and a half years since we’ve had this amount of snow.”
