Sheriff: South Sacramento Murder Suspect Turns Himself In

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – 3:05 p.m. Update: The suspect, Damien Horton, turned himself in Wednesday afternoon to the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department.
Horton is wanted for the fatal shooting of a 19-year-old in South Sacramento.
