Sheriff: 2 Shot Dead In Possible Dispute Over Family Inheritance

EL DORADO COUNTY (CBS13) — Sheriff’s deputies have detained a man in connection with the shooting deaths of his mother and brother in El Dorado County on Wednesday.
The shooting happened just after 5 p.m., and deputies say it may have been a dispute over an inheritance.
An elderly woman and her son were shot dead at a Rocky Ridge Road home. Deputies were outside the house waiting for a search warrant so they can process the crime scene inside the house.
