Seventh Person Dies After Ingesting Laced Pills

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — A mother is searching for answers after her son died Wednesday from ingesting what appears to be Fentanyl disguised as a Norco pill.
Jerome Butler is one of 28 people who Sacramento public health officials believe have taken the poisonous pills since last week. Butler is the seventh person to die from what is believed to be the results of the contaminated medication, but autopsies are pending.
